Real estate developer David Adelman has plans to tear down the newly redeveloped Fashion Gallery building between 10th and 11th on Market Street and replace it with a modern arena that would become the home of the Philadelphia 76ers. The plan includes aspirations for revitalizing this section of Center City while concerns remain about the potential impact on the affordability of nearby Chinatown.
